The table can be cranked from 30" all the way up to 42.5" tall. Weathered finish base. The table weighs approximately 300 pounds. Substantial and very strong. The bar functions as a footrest while providing lateral support. A back saver for sure. What I like about this table is that you can use a drill to make it go up or down if you don't want to crank it. I work at two of these, it saves you neck and back from pain. You can do more throughout the day.
